Kindergarten Fitness

We understand the need for children to engage in daily fitness activities. In order to promote and educate our preschoolers on the importance of physical activity we provide fun daily structured and free imagination active play for children to enhance their gross motor skills. Garden Day School Preschool provides a morning and afternoon physical fitness session daily so that children can work on their large muscle groups such as legs, trunks, and arms.
